Spirituality Throughout Life’s Journey
Spirituality Throughout Life’s Journey workshops seek to address the spiritual vacuum and identity crisis facing faith-based social service organizations. There is a growing detachment in such organizations from the originating values of the faith institutions that founded them. Faith-Based institutions struggle to maintain their spiritual DNA as they seek to serve a changing world and nurture relationships with various governmental and secular partners. The Spirituality Throughout Life’s Journey workshops facilitate a process where by employees of faith-based institutions:
1.Define for themselves the meaning of spirituality;
2.Reconnect with their life journey and note how they have developed as spiritual beings; and
3.Realize and acknowledge their impact as spiritual beings on the faith-based institution for which they serve
